Here I have provided my most recent intern project. A local woman in our city commissioned us to design a book cover for her upcoming book and to make a logo for her small honey business. The logo and label design were both created through Illustrator. The idea of the design was to incorporate her love for her labs and the idea that the honey is mostly produced from her lavender field. The book project was created in InDesign; none of the wording on the back was changed, as the author wanted to keep it as is. The photo was taken on my Sony Nex 6 and edited in Photoshop to make just the bee stand out, with a yellow grain effect on top to tie in the yellow of the bee.
