The theme of my audio piece centers on my love for my corgis, Buzz and Boba. They are such a big part of my everyday life that I wanted to create something that captured their energy and personality. My sound world was inspired by the joy they bring me, from their playful barks to the little sounds that fill our home when they’re around. Recording and weaving these sounds together allowed me to highlight the warmth and happiness they add to my life. Using field recordings and found sounds made the experience even more special because I felt more connected to them as I listened closely and celebrated the small details I might normally overlook. This process turned into not just a creative project, but also a way of cherishing my bond with them.
